Biography

I am a Lecturer in Business Information Systems since 1996. Prior to joining NUI Galway I worked in the software industry for 10 years as a software engineer. I also worked as a consultant in Ergonomics and Usability. During that time I completed a Master’s in Engineering Design, focussing on Human Computer Interaction. I have acted as a reviewer for journals, conferences and research organisations such as the European Journal of Information Systems, the Australasian Conference on Information Systems, the International Conference on Information Systems Development and the Economic and Social Research Council (UK).
