The Technology and Rights cluster, with Dr Thompson Kwarkye coordinating, made a submission to the European Commision's stakeholder consultation regarding the transparency requirements for certain AI systems, as outlined in Article 50 of the Artificial Intelligence Act (AI Act). The responses to this consultation will provide input for the preparation of a Code of Practice and guidelines on the transparency requirements for certain AI systems under Article 50 AI Act.
